QUESTION: Why doesn't our own Bosco, I.T. guru, throw in his knowledge and inform us exactly what is possible and what isn't? This would be more than an interesting read for all of us. For instance here in the U.K. to take a person to task for an abusive or defamatory email, one's Solicitor advises that they need to ask the sender to confirm in writing, whether or not he/she sent the email....without this, there is nothing! believe it or not. This is info I got from my 'Magic Circle' Lawyer friend. Electornic Mail is not and has never been a secure form of communication. There are so many variables and ponderables, that can be brought into play, so much so that the mind can and does boggle! There was a Bank case recently whereby, eventually the Bank had to concede that their systems were breached and they had to pay the customer who had his account infiltrated. Several hundred thousands of pounds were hi-jacked from people's accounts recently here in the U.K.. The Bank had to tighten their security and log in procedures. Those wise men from the East are always looking for loopholes. -- DEV BOREM KORUM Gabe Menezes. P.S. A bet is made, fair dinkum, it needs to be accepted, no? If it was not accepted then the argument it would appear is settled, no money changes hands.
