Just today I was grumbling to Floriano Lobo (at Juino DeSouza's book
launch) that it's currently not possible for me to censor him... the
Saligao telephone exchange has been offline for almost a week (seven
days' remembrance tomorrow night) after a fire broke out in the
carelessly and unmanned exchange. Only a few hurried emails possible
via the Netzone cybercafe in Panjim.

Ask Floriano. It's partly true :-) FN
