It was nice to read your e-mail. To begin with, my name is Simon Pacheco;
I am from Parra, Almeida Vaddo (Where Manohar Walke is staying-we are very
close friends) . I remember Bagwant Parikkar who was very fond of Bullfights!
I am glad that after long delay and fuss, the present government has partially
opened the the landmark and your masterpiece "Hospital at Pedem Mapuca) More
such landmarks would have been done if you were in power. Any way I pray that
you may come back! But please take stock of your mistakes if any and try to
nt to make same mistakes again. You must uphold the values of Goans no matter
what your central leaders ask you to do. I hope you won't get angry because I
advised you accordingly. Please forgive me I did so!
