Hello Selma, To my knowledge Banco Nacional Ultramar is next to Hotel Mandovi where the State Bank Head Office sits , it's a three/four or more perhaps floors bldg, the bldg was renovated and probably those strong portuguese pillars, and well constructed bldg still stands , other than that nothing new inside but i take pride in appreciating that the building is put to good use and it was not run down.
The SBI bank opposite secretariat is just a branch . Pictures of Fontainhas---San Tome probably if you google .I vaguely recall a priest being there but a full time not quiet sure.
