Truly this is a sad state of affairs and should not be allowed to succeed any longer. I do agree with you that we in Goa too are to be blamed as we keep on re electing the same corrupt and dishonest scoundrels into office. It is high time that we kick them all out and elect truly trustworthy and honest people to represent us in the legislature.
