start all over again? Why worry about an insititution called modern
civilization? Go back to the bullock cart. I'm sorry, but if you insist on

BTW, are you sure that all Goans had Indian citizenship when they were born?
Conversely, are you aware that all Goans, whether Catholics or Hindus as well
as
the so-called freedom fighters born in Goa before 1961 were de-facto Portuguese
citizens?
