There are many 2Gs, CWGs, IPLs and ADARSHes in Goa too. Digus, Churchills, Ravis and Vishwajeets are nothing less than Rajas, Kalmadis, Modis and Chavans. But unlike latter, the Goan ADARSHwallas are fortunate: Local media is completely in their pockets via miners and for the national media, Goa is one-thousandth of India. In the Sonian background, ADARSH is linkened more to scams. However it is presumed that what Aires intends is the dictionary meaning of ADARSH and not the Sonian meaning. If it is so, then only when we get an ADARSH govt we can have an ADARSH AG. But, unless the policy makers are bound by systems (instead of current advoc decision making based on subjective views and whimsies) it is difficult to have an ADARSH govt. Neither Congress nor BJP wants to bound themselves in systems. They consider politics to be personal business. Rajendra
