Address' for the Global Goan Convention in Kuwait on the 18th of this

It is written by Floriano Lobo, and was well accepted by several NRI's.
Furthermore it is well written, and in my humble opinion it spells out
several historical and present day truths and happenings.
I ask you Sir, that Floriano be invited at Government's expense, to
present this paper at the Convention
We know you have Goa's welfare as a priority, and we trust that you will
move on this expeditiously. This might be the first step in a journey of a
thousand miles.
