Everything, from rubbish strewn roads which does not bother
the Goans to corrupt officials who are out to make money
(bribes) for themselves, to third world infrastructure like roads
no lane disciplined traffic . There seems to no one to take it
upon themselves to run the place as it should be run everything seems
to be chalte hai.
