Digu bab's government has brought in untold prosperity to Frederick. Goa is
now shinning. Guys are even striking gold, some will even walk over it on
the pavements but it will not stink. Everything is subjective, depending on
whose pockets are bulging. Come Manohar and everything will go wrong. After
all we are in an age of "Intellectual Economy'. The gold will shine or
stink depending on who pays the highest price for intellectual property.
