If you are a bhailo who wants to get out of your toilet town in UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, AP, Rajasthan, MP, Karnataka, Chattisgarh, Orissa, Bengal etc etc, to create a new toilet town, pitch your tent in Goa. If you are a drug dealer, Goa is your playground. If you are a prostitute or a pimp, Goa is where you want to be. Like to gamble and drink? Goa it is. If you want to swindle someone, burgle a home, there is no place better to do it than Goa. For all other criminal activities under "Miscellaneous," Goa provides limitless opportunities.
