This is exactly an amateurish response and this person is not fit to represent the people. He fails the interview. If his Goans take money from many candidates, then whom will they vote? Obviously, the highest bidder. So, is ten lakhs enough? Tomorrow this guy will say; 'Oh corruption! It is inevitable. We need to give our voters something when they come to our doorstep or invite us for functions if they have to remain loyal to us."
Where will this corrupt thinking stop?
