logic! In other words; those Goans who voted for United Goans Party, MGP,
Opinion Poll, etc. are all gone to Portugal or are dead. Only migrants from
neighbouring Sates of Goa are now in Goa in majority. It also deduces
Pakistanis, Sri Lankans, Bangladeshis, etc. are Indians. And Indians from the
North-eastern States like Manipur, Nagaland, etc., are all from Mongolia;
mongoloids like Santosh.
