Referring to the Goa Su-Raj Party's Road Map for Goa ( released 20 August,
2005), Chapter II [General Policies] para 12 reads as follows:-
12. Bandhs:
This Party believes that calling for a 'Bandh' and paralyzing the normal
routine of life cannot be claimed as a 'RIGHT' by any one in a democracy or
that it has any role to play in a civilized society. Such bandhs often serve
the purpose of providing the opportunity to the unruly elements to
intimidate and coerce the public into towing their line even though one may
not agree with the rationale for the 'bandh'. Hence 'bandhs' shall be banned
and those in the leadership responsible for calling for such bandhs shall be
dealt with under the law.
That means that the leaders of today's bandh i.e. Manohar Parrikar,
Shashikala Kakodkar, Subash Velingkar, Arvind Bhatikar, Prashant Naik et al
would have been bundled behind bars much before the bandh came into force.
That also means that the backs of every unruly supporter of this band would
be raw and bleeding.

or to QUIT.
Only through PPS can such 'good, honest n disciplined system of governance'
be identified and accepted.
