Letter to editor (Navhind Times) Inquiry into Public Grievance THIS is in reply to the letter, ‘Corrupt Goa Customs’ by Mr Arwin Mesquita (NT, May 23) which has been registered as a public grievance by the vigilance section of this department. On examination of the said grievance and enquiries conducted by this department, it is revealed that no person by the name of Arwin Mesquita arrived from the UAE/cleared at Dabolim Airport from January 2011 till date. It can only be possible to proceed further and dispose off the complaint if we have the details of Mr Arwin Mesquita.
