This is not at all surprising. Goans can expect this gun culture of Delhi, Gurgao, Haryana and the rest to be a daily affair in Goa. A year ago a similar incident took place near O'coqueiro junction when a non-goan driving his car in a rash manner scrapped a motor bike. The moment the bike rider blocked the car and begain to argue the driver took the revolver from the dash board of his car ahd threatened tho shoot. The crowd stepped back and he drove away. This will be the revolution for 2020. These fears seem unrealistic for some wise Goans on goanet and we are accused of biases. So could the concerns and warnings from some sincere non-goans who live here of such North Indian culture of violence taking hold also be biased?
