Any Goan has a right to abuse Parrikar and Bhembre. One is an ex-CM and the other an advocate by profession. If the government has submitted an Affidavit, which is under oath, to the High Court on the decision by the government that Grants will given to English MOI Primary Schools, the government cannot decide otherwise, which will amount to perjury. Does an ex-CM or an advocate not know this? Then he is fit to be abused. Dr. Ferdinando dos Reis Falcão.
