I don't what methodology was used to come to these figures. As John Nazareth admits, "I am more confident of some numbers than others." This bring me to the Goan Migration Study that the Goa NRI Affairs Department commissed to the Centre for Development Studies. I would like to know how to avail myself of a copy of this report. Also like to know if any goanetter has got access to or read it. I haven't seen the report (or its summary) on the Global Goans website.
