All what’s said is very true. But I would put my finger at the main culprits as the successive governments we had, right from Bandodkar. With their vote oriented politics, and their enacted Laws and policies that have created a generation of CRASS Goans. The same as Rajan has said “money without culture”. These are the Goans who support all illegalities and their criminal politicians. You cannot change them; their rationality only sees what they will get in return. They are short sighted, they do not care for tomorrow. Try to correct anyone and be prepared for the most arrogant, irrational argument that will follow.
