Albert's post is very interesting. The take-home for me was (i) that third
parties don't work in a system like ours too -- so don't blame Floriano's
Goa Sudharop or Dr Willy's misadventure called the Goa Congress (ii) our
electoral system might just not be the most determining factor in deciding
how we are ruled, and by whom.... which means just blaming the voter for an
ugly situation is definitely unfair! Thanks for the link. FN
