Regarding me having made sweeping statements without any proof pertaining to Goa’s NRI Commissioner Mr. Eduardo Faleiro, I would be very enlightened if any of the fellow Goa netters could point out to which those particular statements are.
On the contrary, I have been receiving private emails from many fellow netters that the Goa NRI Commissioner’s office is a waste of public money. I would appeal to these netters and others if any to share their views on this issue through this forum. Only a healthy and open debate may benefit us all. By the way Mr. Eduardo Faleiro through the clarification issued referred to my stay in Delhi at his flat. I do not understand the relevance this has to the issues at hand, but I do not deny having spent the night of 8th December 2002, when I had gone to Delhi for a matter before the Supreme Court. The said Government of India flat at New Delhi was assigned to Mr. Eduardo Faleiro as Member of the Rajya Sabha and he kindly consented to allow me use a bed for the night. Is Mr. Faleiro suggesting that I should not speak of the alleged irregularities just because of the courtesy he extended me?
