In a related news story a black cloud was seen hovering over Saligao very near
St. Lourdes Convent. So far no natural calamities have been detected by the
meteorological department although residents of the area suddenly seem to have
been stripped of their sense of humour. The meteorological department sincerely
hopes this is not a permanent situation and one that will slowly but surely
dissipate once the cloud moves over out into the Arabian sea and travel over to
the Gulf regions where nasty NRI Goans have been having the last laugh for many
years now.
