In his response on the subject, Dr Ferdinando wrote: "It does not make a big difference to the electorate, specially when the majority are poor illiterates."
My response: I find the above statement to be somewhat patronizing. Most of the people who are in jail on account of 'corruption' are rich literates. Best regards, U G Barad
