Very soon, with the 'fall' of Vanxim, the conquest of Goa will be
complete. Every single sanctuary within Goa will have India's dirty
hands on it. And may I add, with the cooperation of the feckless Goans.
No doubt we will be told that the villagers will get jobs, and that
it will be "sustainable" development.
Time to give another award to Dr Oscar Rebello, I say.
I understand the Church sold off its property in Vanxim to the
real estate rogues from Bangalore. Next month, Archbishop Ferrao
will summon his flock for his annual lecture on how we
must protect our 'osmitai.' Great going Ferrao-bab. May the
Lord have mercy on you.
