Bishop office in a manner of secrecy to sell Vanxim. Not even the advertisement
was ever printed in local or international media and as such it was a secretive
or lucrative “Sale of Vanxim to Gaunekar”. Neither the residents, parishioners
nor the neighbors were even given the smell for years until 13th of Nov
2011.However the saint of the Indies inspired the spokesman of Bishop to vomit
the secret vaults and the country in which they reside call “ The Bishop
Palace” at Altinho Panjim. It’s unimaginable for Niz Goenkar to get the inner
glimpses of this organization as featured outside the palace except the statue
of Jesus Christ tormenting day and night for humanity. The priests in Goa after
years of profession laments of the evils that persists in their administrative
corridors as one priest narrated his part of the story “If you are a Brahmin or
has an influence of a Brahmin priest, then you are bound to be posted in Goa
Archdiocese or else see your self kicked out to missions”. If such practices
are for their own disciples then the people of Goa can judge of their
“Shepherd’s love towards them”. We managed in the past to interview Fr. Arlino
Dmello and Fr. Victor (the main conspirators of selling Vanxim) and they never
had the etiquette manner and considered us and rest of Goans as Dogs. Neither
the RTI nor the SC of India can track any of their secret vaults or deals of
Land selling oath in Goa. History will judge the Bishop Palace and not the
media for Vanxim secretive deal. Even the Santa Monica nuns remained unknown of
how Vanxim was sold except their hidden advocate called Monterio. Forget the
hindu residents of Vanxim, even the Parishioners until this day was kept in a
limbo. Washing dirty linen is a reverse osmosis in the present day because
until this day the tenants of Vanxim were always blamed for selling the island.
Can the world now conclude that it was now the “Bishop Palace has legally sold
the island of Vanxim to Mr. Gaunekar”. The Bishop Palace has subjected the
people of Vanxim on likes and dislikes and until this day some are given the
privilege of Sale deeds or no deeds while he was so happy to offer deed of sale
of the island (including tenanted lands) measuring 4,85,275* square meters @ Rs
20/- to his best friend Mr. Mahendra Gaunekar. Yes the residents if aware could
have purchased @ Rs 100/-…. But that would have been official and less amount.

at undisclosed amount. Official record displays 55,04,150/- but actual amount
transacts to 97,05,500/- plus underhand transaction and undisclosed land
measurements. The undisclosed deal also covered the eviction of all the
residents on the island; this includes both Hindus and Catholics. World can now
read of these contents more clearly of the secretive deals and oaths which
occurred at the corridors of Bishop Palace years ago. Niz Goenkar world can
also judge how much tensions the people of Vanxim are undergoing on a daily
basis. Yes but not the Bishop as he himself is now wrapped by the blanket of
high profile corrupt political machinery of Goa. Yes the priests Fr. Arlino
Dmello and Fr. Victor involved in the illegal deals are kept at low profile of
old age and sickness. If ever allowed for interrogation the lucrative deals and
secretive oaths of the priest’s, bishop and Mr. Mahendra Gaunekar can explode
the Bishop Palace to its foundation. As one Niz Goenkar commenter wrote” It’s
time for the people of Goa to boycott the Church” yeah this revelation will
come sooner or later. What ever the sale- the people of Vanxim will never or
ever except this deal and will die to protect your own Niz Goenkar island
Vanxim from the clutches of Monsters like Mr. Mahendra Gaunekar and Ghantis
Ozone group of Companies. The same Ghantis reversed Madras to Chennai,
Bangalore to Bengalaru and now thirsty to convert Vanxim Island to Ozone

tourist’s or goan bellies. The Niz Goenkar activist and priest Fr. Bismark from
St. Estevam who openly criticizes the Bishop and his administration is now
excommunicated from preaching and conducting mass. But Why? Is it because he
speaks truth and preaches the Niz Goenkar masses in rallies in Goa to save and
protect motherland Goa? If the Bishop, politicians, police and developers are
in alliance, then the Vanxecars has their Niz Goenkars to overcome the hurdles
ahead. The same priest Arlino, Victor and now the relative of Churchill Chor,
Fr Calderia who duped the Church is now lavishly sharing luxury lives with
their family members. Niz Goenkar has given a fitting response to the spokesman
Caldeira for the illegal sale of Vanxim and we hope more responses may follow.
