PANJIM: The Dawn of December 19, 1961 was a very uncertain day for Prem
Prakash. Waking up early at a makeshift army camp along the Goa Border with
Belgaum, this field correspondent cum TV camera man, then working for the
Viznews (Today Reuters TV) didn’t know whether he would live to see the end
of it.

Prakash along with other journalists were moving along with the Indian army
in a bid to document the Indian invasion of Goa, and had camped along with
the army at the border.
