Shantaram should keep this bull shit for himself. Probably he is preparing the
grounds to get the Panchayat elections postponed to avoid the ripple effect of
the Assembly elections. Work orders of tenders are already approved and work
will commence now during elections. Has the code of conduct been changed to
tackle this? The development in panchayats does not matter for MLAs. Anyhow pot
holed roads on NH17 at Porvorim were not filled 2 months after the monsoon,
they were being patched up on Christmas night after the elections were
declared.
