The Siolim house was his maternal place & inherited by his maternal
brother, Dr. Estolano de Sa. Another uncle was Fr. Peter de Sa, sj.

Paternaly, they descend from Chicalim, which they deserted, along with
the Azaredos, Alvares, Figueiredos to escape the devastating plague.

While most settled in healthy Loutulim, The Flores family opted for Velcao.
