So the persecution delusion on this fringe appears to now include the fantasy that Goa is a separate independent country sending its own athletes to the London Olympics on the recommendations of sundry political extremists of the other religious fringe giving speeches on Azad Maidan. But those who care about facts should know that Goa is a state of India, and Mary Kom is the only boxer representing India in women's boxing, and also that the only Goan who is representing India at the Olympics is named Leander Paes.
