TEAM HERALD teamher...@herald-goa.com PANJIM: Not a single Diocesan or religious society school, has been represented in the State Working Committee constituted by the state government under the Chairmanship Minister for Education for the management and administration of the National Foundation for Teachers' Welfare. ">While there are members of the minority community in the committee, the diocese which runs the single largest group of schools in the state, second only to the government, finds no representation.
