I have been reading a lot in the newspapers and in electronic media about the demand for special status for Goa.
In all the literature, I have not been able to find out exactly what is meant by the special status, and how Goa will benefit. Does anyone in this forum know more? I would like to be enlightened. Best regards, U. G. Barad
