regarding Fr.Urban Menezes issuing false certificates to his brothers I wish to
say something. I would say what he has done is wrong but at the same time
issuing a false certificate has not caused harm to any other person around. His
intention wa to help his unemployed brothers to get a job. If our actions are
such that it harms other person than deprives him or her of money or livelihood
that it is a crime. There are so many christian goans who have got two
birthcertificates and have lowered their ages to work for more years and have
deprived others of promotions and no one has raised it ithis issue. Forms 1 and
14 have been misused by many to grab other people's land. Let us forgive this
Fr.urban Menezes and Mr.Baretto. It won't make us poor or deprive us of our
land and home. I do not know who this Fr.Urban is or Baretto is .
