All these dangers only amplify why it is prudent irrespective of where you live be it India, Europe , America Australia or wherever you are transporting yourself or being transported by two wheeled contraption, It is prudent for your own safety to wear a helmet. Even if the police do not enforce the law. It is your safety that counts first.Therefore, Ana Maria Fernandes, PLEASE DO USE A HELMET.
