Although I haven't yet seen the notice it seems that the Dept. of Land Survey has prepared new survey maps and house owners have been advised to check them in Mapusa, and in case any corrections have to be made some forms have to be filled and submitted.
I don't have all the details yet but I'd appreciate it if someone could fill me in. A cousin of mine told me that she found that her house was not on the map but the property has been marked in the name of a previous owner.
