The 2013 Pravasi Bharatiya Divas will be held at Kochin from 7-9 January 2013. (www.pbd-india.com) My visit to this programme will be beneficial for my research work. The registration fee for the student delegation is Rs.5,400/=. I need to travel by train from Ahmedabad - Kochin - Ahmedabad. I need to stay four days at Kochin (Kerala) I may need around Rs. 12,000/= to attend the above function. The department does not finance for this programme. I get Rs.5,000/= monthly as stipend.
