How GSRP will clean the Touristic messy scene in Goa.
1. Airport and all entry points into Goa shall be tightened to check
visitors coming in do have hotel bookings/reservations, guest house, rented
place, government dormitories, friends etc. If they do not have this
requirement, then they shall not be allowed to enter into Goa or at least
make such arrangement first at the entry point and then leave. The
reservations/accomodations shall be cross-chequeed. If this is not
practicable, then representative/s of such accommodation/s shall be
required to be present at the entry-point. This will stop people coming in
by bus loads and vans, eating, defecating and sleeping in fields, vacant
plots, and, what is worse, in parks, gardens and on promenades like
Panjim, Campal and Miramar, etc. There is no one to stop this in Goa because
we have Indian Governing System where any and all Indians are welcome, even
beggars.
2. This system of entry into Goa shall be well advertized before the tourist
season commences so that there should be no EXCUSE.
3. Vigilance shall be vested with the 'Tourist Police' with the Toursist
Police well equipped and sensitized. If any serious lapses do take place
because of the negligence of the Tourist Police personnel, then the Chief of
the Tourist Police force will be AXED on immediate basis without questions
asked.
Just like India requires a very strong deterrent for rape, which according
to GSRP must be 'physical castration' of the culprit/s at the site of
hanging and then hanged or handing over of the culprit/s to the 'PUBLIC' to
do what it wants to do with them. If we want to arrest this 'rape' trend
which has gone out of hand, rapists should not be even alive to contest
elections. To start with, all parliamentarians and state legislators who
are accused of rapes mush be CASTRATED forthwith, dismissed. Only then the
Law should be passed against RAPES as above. The so called weeping Sonia
Gandhi is for the public consumption and those who write about it in
editorials are suspects of child abuses. India cannot ever come out with a
strong enough deterrent and Rapes will be common place UNLESS one or two
PARLIAMENTARIANS and STATE LEGISLATORS are given the same experience that
the BRAVEHEART has suffered.
During the Portuguese era in Goa, it must be remembered that there were not
even robberies, forget about murders and rapes. If at all these had
happened, then the culprits were made to wish they were not BORN in the
first place. There was no chance given to repeat anything like this.
There was an instance when the Portuguese Commandant of the Military outpost
in Altinho Panjim was shot dead by the armed guard on duty because the
Commandant walked in, in a drunken state and not heeding to the 'HALT'
command. The Guard was promoted. He happened to be a Mozambican Black.
This shit Indian Rule that we experience in Goa and elsewhere in the name of
Democracy will never come close to what law and order the Portuguese have
given to Goa and Goans. Try to do this, what is happening in India and
especially our Goa in Singapore. It is a fully Democratic Country but our
Goan Charlies who visited Singapore on a study tour which includes
Pratapsing Rane, came back to say that Singapore is a POLICE STATE. Here,
in Goa, the Police wants to sleep or if they don't want to do that, they are
forced to go to sleep by these such like Politicians like Rane, Ravi Naik
which includes the IIT'an Master Brain MANOHAR PARRIKAR. The reason is
VOTES.

Mr. Rajan Parrikar has described these miscreants very aptly. Not only
Miramar, you must see Anjuna and other villages. It is totally traffic
locked, one cannot move out of the vlllage. The roads are absolutely unsafe
for pedestrians thanks to these drinking and drugging devils for whom Goa is
a paradise, for us paradise lost. Our own children swear never to come here
again during this time. In what way are these scums of the earth supporting
the economy? They drive away foreign tourists, (no decent foreigners come
here in December, except for the very low budget ones), they live on the
beaches and mess them up, they scream and shout on the roads during the
entire night not letting anyone sleep in peace. Please something must be
done to curtail these terrible people. Oherwise Goa can only be labelled as
an unsafe, lawless state.
