Humpty Dumpty sat on the wall
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall
All the King's Horses and all the King's men
Couldn't put Humpty Dumpty together again (back on the wall)

ps:
Dear Rajan,
You cannot prevent this inevitable.
But you can do one thing.
Keep a barrel of FEVICOL ready to put our dear Manohar-bab together when he falls down and breaks into pieces.

Cheers

Subject: [Goanet] Manohar-bab, please step aside as Chief Minister

To Goanet -

It is time for Manohar Parrikar to step aside and let someone else take over as
Chief Minister before his reputation takes a further hit.

The mining mess, the imminent Mopa scam, the monster construction projects, the flop Lokayukta amendments he tried to sneak through - one debacle after another
has characterized his one year in office.

Take the egregious example of a megaproject rapidly coming up on the hill slope in Reis Magos, visible from Panjim across the river. It appears to be prima facie illegal. Manohar-bab talks a lot about the "law of the land" but never applies those laws. As regards this monstrosity, he is either unable to or unwilling to halt it. Either way, it is a bad situation for it means one of two things: Parrikar is ineffective or he is complicit. If it is the latter I don't know how he can escape the taint of corruption.

Then there are two other big projects right under Manohar-bab's nose (and perhaps with his blessings), the Ashok Beleza and the Ocean Park monsters. Both will add hundreds of flats, almost all of them to be lapped up by outsiders. Concretization
of Goa is scaling a whole new level under Manohar Parrikar.

Mr. Parrikar, it is time for you to step aside. Else you will be spoken of in the same sentence as other filthy politicians of recent vintage (Rane, Digu, Churchill et al).
