Today afternoon, it was confirmed officially in the parliament that 48,388 numbers of children were reported rapped in last 10 years! In India, the child rape cases are increasing day after day and yet our government at center is acting as though unresponsive and insensitive and treating rapists with kid glow!
Why? Any answers?
