I'm yet to see any practicing advocate/lawyer quitting practicing law for having given wrong legal advice to his client!
Has advocate Aires not faced with such instances! Has he not got tongue lashings anytime from law courts in India for giving wrong advice or guidance and or for wrongly applying the mind in interpreting legal provisions of law before filling the case? Has he any time even said 'sorry' (after such acts / things happening) to his client leave alone giving up practicing law! Therefore, without any constrain, I would say, 'Aires should PREACH WHAT HE PRACTICES.'
