I feel the crackdown on NOTARIES who charge exorbitant deserves KUDOS and is most welcome.
Many Legal professionals who offer NOTARY services have been charging customers exorbitantly for swearing affidavits/sale deeds etc in Hundreds and THOUSANDS which is clear cheating. What else we can expect from them when MANIPULATION runs deep down in their blood. VERY welcome that ALL NOTARIES are made to DISPLAY their official charges rate. In Mumbai many social workers and eminent persons are appointed as SEM ( Special Executive Magistrate) who certify TRUE COPIES free of cost. GOA GOVERNMENT should also appoint "SEM" who can certify COPIES as HONORARY JOB and provide much relief to GOANS..... Manoj Raikar
