“The Japanese, Chinese and Koreans did not succeed because of their
proficiency in English.

As a matter of fact if one visits these places it is hard to find
locals who speak English.”

COMMENT:

It all depends what one considers as “success”.

The Japanese have the highest rate of suicides world over due to job
stress. Is that a sign of success?

The Chinese are going downhill for exporting all spurious commodities.
Besides, the labour is cheap and majority live poor conditions which is not an
indice of success.

I have worked with the Japanese for over a decade, and it was made
mandatory for them to learn, comprehend and speak fluent English if they were
working
abroad.
