Any police harassment or asking for bribe including Goa Traffic Police on the road, please report to Goa DGP Kishan Kumar on his email Id kishankumar4th...@gmail.com. He checks his mails evry day, so he said. Also, for Passport Police Clearance, if they call you at Police Station, report that too. Police should come to your home and not vice-versa, so he says. Hope the DGP is not transferred soon.
