You forget about the chief minister and the land. For so many years non goans have occupiwed communidade land and have built their homes. Every communidade has members called joneros and then there are share holders and then the committee and then govt appointed bodies. Each time there is jon paid every one will assemble to collect the same but when general body meeting is called no one comes. what were the gaunkars who collect jon every year doing sleep all these years ? what was the committee doing sleeping or have they received something in return ? I know one communidade attorny who demanded money from the opponent for not attending court case so that the case goes in favour of the opponnent (tennant) lets not talk about it. if you have got guts file a case in the supreme court.
