NOTICE

Whereas, it has been brought to the notice
of the undersigned that some Hoteliers have
been found charging their tariff more than what
is approved by the Prescribed Authority/Director
of Tourism, Government of Goa.
Notice is hereby given that if any hotelier is found
overcharging the rates more than what is approved
by the Prescribed Authority under the Tourist Trade
Act, 1982 then legal action will be taken as per
the provision of Clause No. 26 of Goa Registration
of Tourist Trade Act, 1982 and the Rules framed
