I've just uploaded updated recipes for HAL and HAL-Info.
I haven't added tweaks for the plugdev group yet, though...

About DBus-Qt, latest tarball I found was here:

Jonas: your latest recipe (0.62) fetches the package from elsewhere
and has some patches, so assuming you know better what's going on
there, could you give it a try at updating it? TIA.

As for integrating this into 014, I'll give a try rebuilding KDE-Base
and KDE-Libs 3.5.6. If all goes smoothly, I'll look into adding
plugdev. An exemple of the updated hal.conf file would be great.
