Recipe committers, Rejoice and update your DevelScripts, for now PutRecipe shall become less annoying. I just made a change so that it only requires you to write a trunk commit log for revisions >= 2. The idea is to automatically handle the obvious cases (new program added to the repository, new version of an existing program), which will make the writing of commit logs less frequent, which as a side effect should encourage us all to write better commit logs when we'll need to.
