There is not a boot_console in the godi-rocketboost directory.

I think you must mean another location.

There is a boot_console in your godi-rocketboost directory, that calls this one
via ocaml (so that the dash bang is irrelevant).

Don't you have this boot_console ?
If so, what's happening when you run is by hand ?
