Sorry for the late answer.

Lwt uses Oasis to detect libev.h, however on Fedora (and NetBSD) it's in a
subdirectory.
Right now, oasis does not allow to specify a path for include files,
therefore there is no (easy) way to fix it in godi.

You can eventually make a link to /usr/include/libev.h if you have the
permission.
Or try the following patches.
