LOL... well, it depends upon what you want, Diana, but here it goes. Bring with you a print of the Gohonzon you want (black & white is fine). Also bring the pdf file of the same Gohonzon on a cd-rom. I recommend the Yahoo Group "Gohonzon Info" for the best printable files. Again, black and white is fine, even best.
You can have it made gold on black wood, or gold on plexi-glass. The gold on black wood is basically an ordinary trophy blank converted to our use. You can do other colors too if you wish. For plexi-glass, if you want the regular look, have them laser the front shiny side of the plexi-glass. If you want the "uh-la-la" version where the characters glow gold, have them reverse the image of the Mandala (so that it is backwards) and laser it onto the back painted side of the plexi-glass. Then when you get it home, you will need to make a shadow box for it and give it a nightlight cord. Enjoy the journey. ;-] --- On Thu, 4/8/10, Diana <[email protected]> wrote: I was so surprised by the suggestion of a trophy shop, that I forgot to ask what to request when I go there. Could you enlighten me, please? As usual, I thank you in advance. Diana ------------------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Links
