I find it unfortunate that the fix for #17276 <https://github.com/golang/go/issues/17276> "time: TestLoadFixed failure" has not been included in go1.7.4. So tests in all.bash (to buiild from source) will fail on a fully patched Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. I expect go tool dist test to fail on all Linux systems that have a recent tzdata update installed.There is go tool dist test -k to run all the test, but installing a binary with a broken test doesn't feel right. Since there is already an issue raised on the subject, I will not create a new one.
